new howto: build Windows install ISOs that include high performance VirtIO drivers

since installing VirtIO drivers can be a bit of a fuss ( http://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Paravirt...rs_for_Windows ) I added a tutorial (with some batch scripts) that explains how to easily inject drivers into Windows install ISOs

after you have done this you also may want to change the proxmox UI to default to VirtIO and some other higher performance settings:
