network problems in virtual machine (windows 7)

Hello everyone ! I have Proxmox running on VMware and I can not have virtual machines internet .
configure a virtual machine with windows 7 ( virtio drivers ) and I figure without internet access . operating system on my computer , I use debian. you must perform some extra configuration on the console Proxmox for my virtual machines are online.
