IDrac controller not reachable after bonding eth0, eth1, eth2

I bonded the eth0, 1, 2 interfaces on my dell server, I have the iDrac controller setup to use the eth0 and the moment I do the LACP on these interfaces I cannot access the iDrac. I am wondering if anybody else is having this issue and maybe if there is a work around.

I do have a dedicated port on teh server but if possible I would prefer to spare ports on the switch.
