No longer able to access console, after recent Proxmox update

After Proxmox update on Jan 07, 2023, Windows Server 2019 guest OS now unable to be accessed via console (NoVNC), or directly from NoVNC client installed on Win11 desktop. I get a black screen, with mouse movement, but no way to access the desktop of the server. Likely, because I never set it up (never had to...), but I am also unable to MSTSC to the desktop.

Is anyone else experiencing the same thing? Any resolutions?
