IP address could not reused after vm deleted

Dear Respected Proxmox Users,

I got an issue that my ip addresses could not reused again after i deleted/destroyed the old vm and create a new vm (KVM)
Means the ip works before in KVM with windows server 2008 but after the vm deleted and i created new KVM again + assigned the same ip, the ip is not recognized.

Any advice and feedback would be very appreciated if any of you guys had ever solved similar issue.
