Hi - did anyone achieved an acceptable throughput performance on Proxmox VE 3.2 using directly attached NIC? I am on VE 3.2, pci pass through is working and successfully passed an Intel 82574L Gigabit Network Card to the host Windows 7 (attempted with Win2012 R2 server also) along with latest drivers. All looks fine, except the throughput. Measuring using iperf, between guest and host is always around 200Mbps - much lesser than possible gigi marks.
This is specific to Windows -- tested with a simple linux guest, speeds are up to the mark. Attempted suggestions under http://www.linux-kvm.org/page/Window...vmnet/registry with no luck.
