Starting with Proxmox 2.2

I want to start with Proxmox and buy a new computer
Butt I can not find the specs is Proxmox wil work in this computer

This are the specs:

Board
Asus Z9PE D16- Intel Socket LGA2011, Chipset MB C602 http://www.asus.com/Commercial_Serve...specifications

Processor 2 * Intel Xeon E5 -2603
memory Kingston 2 * 8 GB 1600MHz DDR3
Network onboard
Harddisk 2 x WD1002FAEX WD 1TB Black

Can someone tell me of Proxmox 2.2 will work on this computer
