apt-get upgrade fails: OpenSSL version mismatch. Built against 1000105f, you have...

Hi all,

Running PVE 3.2 (I have a community subscription), ran apt-get update and apt-get dist-upgrade, a few packages upgraded but then I ran into an error. Rebooted the system and tried again and running into the same error. Google searches have not helped me much... I have always used aptitude to update my systems... Any ideas? See the output below:
