Proxmox Completely down with all VM

Hello, First I want to apologize if this post does not belong in this section.

I am having a major issue as all my websites are down and im not able to access proxmox via ssh, sftp. ftp or web console.

Here how it all began: I edited the file /etc/network/interfaces because i created a windows server and wanted to use a static ip.
After changing the IP address in the interfaces and reboot the server, i no longer have access.

How can i get access back to the server? I do have access to DRAC console.

Please advise and i thank you for all your suggestions.
