VM that can join to Active Directory and other requeriments

Hi to all

Excuse me if i do a question that not relevant directly about of PVE, but since many time ago i am searching this (and Mr. Google don't help me):

I want to install a Linux (of any distribution, software appliance or something) as a VM into PVE that have these requirements:

- Open Source or license of use free
- Drivers: Must support Virtio-Net and Virtio-Block
- Interface: Graphical and very easy to use
- Can Act as a PDC with AD (Active Directory): as the style of a Windows Server (this feature is the unique that is excludable)
- Can act as member of a Domain: Of course of a AD of a Windows Server installed in other machine.
- Handling permissions: Compatible Posix ACL, for handle the access permissions at style of Windows and not of Unix (THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT, many software appliaces don't have this feature).

Please if anybody know the answer, post it here.
