Public networking for containers in an OVH dedicated server?

Hello, I've been trying to set up public network access for the last two days with Proxmox on an OVH server. How do I do it? I have a Failover-IP because I thought I might try it but so far I have failed to configure it as well. My network looks like this(I added vmbr2 as part of my failed config): Image may be NSFW.
Clik here to view. Is it because eth0 and eth1 are inactive? Everything is debian 7
