Proxmox 3.2 remove disk rate limit interface ?

Hello,

Just want check if a VPS had a rate limit on disk (kvm/raw) but it's not anymore in the interface.
Now the edit hard drive just have disk info/cache setting and no backup checkbox

Any idea where is it with web interface ? is .conf file live affect new setting or need use api for adjust rate limit ?
