VM shows black screen

Hi,
I had a windows 2008 VM running, after some updates by the client and restarting the VM, it is not responding anymore.
And by not responding, I mean VNC is displaying only a black page (I cannot even see BIOS startup or anything, it's just a black window since the start of the VM, I cannot to to bios or anything).
I've created an empty VM, it was starting just fine, but after replacing its disk with the raw file of the corrupted VM, the new VM stuck at the black screen too.

Could anyone assist?
