Hi. Trying to get a file server running on a container under a proxmox-ve-2.6.32: 2.3-96 installation.
Open Media Vault runs under a Debian install and the new version will use a Debian 7 as base installation so I was trying to do an install now under a Debian 7 container.
Apparently the install requires dependancies that are not on the repositories so I was trying to follow the instructions at https://wiki.debian.org/InstallOpenMediaVaultOnDebian but I get stuck on the installs as those deb packages are not available specifically for the pve kernel. I tried installing the AMD64 version of them without success. So not sure if I just need to give up until there is a full Debian 7 version available.
Alternatively I will be trying over a Debian 6 container hoping the dependencies there are available.
Any comment/alternative about installing this or a NAS type container like Open Media Vault?
