Migration of OpenVZ containers to new server (from version 2.1 to 3.1)

Hello,

I have to migrate two openVZ container from server with Proxmox 2.1 to server with Proxmox 3.1.
Is everything beetween this versions compatible?

Can I just copy container to new server and restore?
