Interface list display as not active

Hello,

I have an issue with one proxmox server. Fresh install so nothing special.
When i go to network interface all interface are display Not active (Active Columns)

Bridge work fine.
How proxmox put an interface as active or not active ? Should only if interface is up i guess (and seems from other promox server)

How turn the interface active as i have a third party plugin using proxmox api for list network interface. And right now i haven't any interface avaible.

Thanks for help
