multiple ip to openvz container

hi I need to add 128 ip addresses to an openvz container

I have added them trough vzctl set <VMID> --ipadd <IP> --save
and they are stored ok in config and showing trough web interfaces

but when I push start button in web interface on my openvz vm it freezes with no action
is there any solution how I can do that ?

I have used debian-7.0-amd64-minimal.tar.gz from http://openvz.org/Download/template/precreated
andd proxmox version is pve-manager/3.1-3/dc0e9b0e (running kernel: 2.6.32-23-pve)
