Hyper-v migrate Proxmox storflt driver

I migrated a virtual machine hyper-v on Proxmox qcow2, the VM part correctly but I can not delete the driver storflt, if I try to uninstall to restart the blue screen appears, this driver is present in the qemu hard disk and is a driver of hyper -v IDE disk
