I wonder what exactly the behavior of a VM is when it is set to autostart No but in a HA group with requested state started and 2 max restarts etc. I couldn't find anything about that from searching docs or google.
I could understand when the HA mode ignores autostart and will auto-start with the set options. But I could also understand if the HA autostart is for crashed nodes, but doesn't startup VMs without the autostart flag when the system cold boots.
