Create VM with 1/4 of CPU

Hi,

Actually, with proxmox, we can create VM/VZ with 1;2;3;4; etc CPUs.

But, how to create VM/VZ with 1/4 CPU ? Of 1/2 ?

I know we can do that on SolusVm, why not with proxmox ?
