[PVE3] can't access web-gui using https

hi,
i just upgrade my proxmox from 2.3 to 3.0 a few days ago
everything just fine until this morning i can't access my proxmox web gui from localnet or publicnet
but i can access proxmox and my other VM from terminal (using putty)

i try to restart proxmox server from terminal but still can't access web gui

my web browser keep telling "connecting..." after certificate confirmation and stuck

any clue how to investigate what's going wrong ?

is the problem comes from certificate ?? how to fix it ??
