Proxmox 3.0 certificate error

I installed Proxmox 3.0 and wanted to use my old server certificate (used version 2).
The private key is protected by a password, in the previous version there was no problem as it could be solved in the same way as is done in apache.
But in this version I can not get work, if I change the certificate, the web server will not start.
This is the error log:
/etc/pve/local/pve-ssl.key: failed to load local private key (key_file or key) at /usr/share/perl5/PVE/HTTPServer.pm line 1125
