Stop or reconfigure VM at grub command line

I attempted to move VGA support to a VM to help with transcoding. Now Proxmox starts to boot up, but ulitimatly fails once one of my VMs is loaded.

Prior to ending up at this point, I went into to /etc/default/grub, to update this:

GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet intel_iommu=on"

I then went into the add the PCI hardware. That is when Proxmox shut down and I have not been able bring it back up.

I am unable to use nano, so is there another way I can update that line above to...
