Network not work

unfortunately the network at Proxmox is not working. VM and CT do not have the Internet access. I have already tried all combinations of configurations. I even bought a Proxnox cookbook to finally set up this damn network but nothing works. Thus, I conclude that, unfortunately, Proxmox is useless
