Proxmox host becoming unavailable

Hello Everyone,

I’ve seen a few posts about this issue and I’ve tried a few recommendations found on other threads, but I’m still running into issues, so I‘be made an account to hopefully find people smarter than I for assistance.

My Hardware setup is:
