Control Proxmox virtual machines with PiKVM

Hello, everybody.

My Proxmox is installed in Linux Debian 12 bookwarm.
I created Windows 10 virtual machines in Proxmox.
Each VM has its local IP like 192.168.110.50

Can I use PiKVM to control my virtual machines?

Or can I just control the Host itself?
