Prep for Ceph cluster setup and how to test

Hi *.*
Im new to Proxmox - and it seem to me that when using more that one Proxmox server in a setup - the only way to run HA setup would be with Ceph cluster
so I have 4 node - each with 2 nic. Nic1 is public 192.x.x.x/24 - connect to switch 1. Nic 2 is private 10.x.x.x/24 - connected to switch2 ( standalone - no access anywhere )
gateway is at 192.x.x.x

how to I setup route for this ?
I can ping the rest of my network 192.x.x.x/24
But i can't ping or get to 10.x.x.x
