Hello, I am creating a vm with the ubuntu 24.04.2 cloud image. Both minimal and normal. The vm boots but the cloud init is never triggered. I am downloading the image, then I import the .img to the vm, add the disk and boot. I am running pm 8.3.0. I have done this same procedure more than a few times. Wondering if this is a known issue, or where would i start to look.
