replace ssd with smart problems

I'm using 8.3.2 and I my SSD that I use for cache is broken

The following warning/error was logged by the smartd daemon:

Device: /dev/sdf [SAT], failed to read SMART Attribute Data

Device info:
KINGSTON SA400S37120G, S/N:50026B768454F1A5, WWN:5-0026b7-68454f1a5, FW:SBFKB1H5, 120 GB
Further investigation regarding this disk

I tried removing it from the cache list but I get the error
lvchange -an /dev/mapper/pve-CacheDataLV_cdata
