Intel X710 not working on Proxmox 8.3-1

Hi,

I am trying a new installation for Proxmox. I have trouble getting networking up and running on Proxmox 8.3-1. It is working fine on Proxmox 7.1 (the only other version that I have).

Any patches or drivers that I need to update?
