GPU Passthrough - Error 43

Hello
Having quite a hard time trying to passthrough my GPU to Windows. Error 43. Searched far and wide and still no luck

Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-1603 v3 @ 2.80GHz
NVIDIA NVS310
16GB DDR4
Samsung EVO SSD as boot
Couple of ZFS pools
