LDAP Sync Error

I have created a connection to my ldap server but when I attempt to sync I get a message "Task Ok" but nothing returns.
I have a ProxMox VE server that has successfully sync'd to the server and joined to the domain but the backup server not been successful.

Note about my domain, it is Zentyal implementation of a MS AD style domain, I can manage it using Active Directory and Users and Computers app from MS. The VE server connected using Active Directory Server option but this fails with PBS...
