Add additional hard drive to proxmox installation & half a missing drive

Just installed Proxmox 3.0 on a machine. I've got a 320GB hard drive aswell as a 2TB drive.

I was intending on using the 320GB as the proxmox install drive (I know it's huge, but meh) and the 2TB as the drive for the templates, images etc.

Checked the web ui & it's only showing 160GB of the 320GB in the local storage, and it's not showing the 2TB at all.

Read through http://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Storage_Model and with the information there I can't really see what I should be doing.

I was hoping for a guide or shove in the right direction as to how I can get the 2TB usable, and where the other 160GB of my 320GB has gone? (currently assuming it's reserved for the proxmox install?)

Thanks!

EDIT: Had a poke around through the console and it's showing the 2TB mounted as some random long name with no logical drives. I then formatted it as GPT & tried to create a partition on it from 0-100% and it would only do 17.4kB to 1048kB :( So nfi what's going on there.
