I recently installed the latest proxmox (8.3.0) on a Supermicro X10SDV-TLN4F board
The motherboard has 4 ethernet ports: 2 x 1Gb (Intel i350) and 2 x 10Gb (X552/X557-AT)
ip addr only shows the 2 x 1Gb cards
