PBS does not save polish characters

Hello,
I have Proxmox VE and PBS. I'm using the latter to create a full backup of a Windows Server 2019 VM. When I try to restore a single file, PBS doesn’t back up folders and files if they contain polish characters. I couldn’t find a solution online; does anyone know how to fix this? I tested it on two VMs.
