lost ip address of proxmox ve

Hello all

I screwed up.

My proxmox server all it's vm and LXC are up

however i cannot access my pve dashboard because i no longer know the ip address of my proxmox server nor does it show up in my router in the list of attached devices

How do i find out how to access this dashboard
