L2 VM Separating

Hi. I would like to separate all the virtual machines on vmbr1. Basically, VMs cannot communicate(In layer 2) with each other except for communication to the router.
VM to VM no communication
VM to Router communication
This bridge is fully virtual, no physical port is associated with it and the router is also a VM and I want the settings to be set in proxmox not in VM
