Decrease/delete local and increase local-lvm

I need to decrease local and increase de available data on the disk at local-lvm.

How can i do that. I have another disk i am using the backups templates etc so on my opinion the local storage can be deleted also totally but i understand that storage is also for pve host usage??

So how can i realize this and which commands i should do that on the shell?
