Existing VMs show "Guest has not initialized the display (yet)."

I got a power outage and Proxmox went down. On reboot 5 VMs (all Ubuntu 22.04 similar setup) can't boot. I've done update to Proxomox and rebooted a few times, and Other VMs work normally many with identical config and same SSD disk location than non working ones. I've tried many different config changes but nothing helped. If I switch to SeaBios I can boot to Parted Magic, and I've checked FS of VM and was OK. I've done also qemu-img check -r all /path/to/mydisk.qcow2 and on 1...
