Does Community subscription come with deb-src?

Do any (if only some, which ones) of the subscription tiers that include license to access the "enterprise" repository also provide deb-src, i.e. at any given point are there sources provided for every component of what is actually now running on the node?

More practically: If one has a series of bespoke patches that wants to be rolling constantly on and be on the more stable repository how to auto-validate and apply them (minimising manual work for every update on every patched...
