Internet Access Speed is slow in 1 VM, LAN is fine

# Problem

The throughput on my Home Server (Ubuntu 22.04.3 VM on Proxmox) to the internet isn't what I expected it to be. It's closer to 35mbps as opposed to my theoretical internet which is 1gbps.
