VM doesn't start

Hello
I am new in the Proxmox community. I am trying to run a VM but it won't start. This is the only output of the VM:

kvm: warning: TCG doesn't support requested feature: CPUID.80000007H:EDX.invtsc [bit 8]
kvm: CPU model 'host' requires KVM or HVF
TASK ERROR: start failed: QEMU exited with code 1

Can someone please help me.
