Ceph Error 500

Hi, when i try to add an ODS to a Ceph he sent to me this message:

unable to open file '/var/lib/ceph/bootstrap-osd/ceph.keyring.tmp.8880' - No such file or directory (500)

and i dont know how to solve it, i tried to reinstall ceph but not working.
