enable eth1 in IBM x3530 M4

hallo world,

i'm using server IBM system x3530 M4 and installing proxmox v 2.1
i want to enable eth1 in my IBM system.

i have tried add script in /etc/network/interfaces

"iface inet eth1 manual"

and then reboot the script is gone, at boot show message eth1 device does not exist.

when i check at BIOS of IBM all the ethernet was enable.

any solution??
